Authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law
Many countries require notarised documents to be authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL). The SAL is the authority that certifies that the Notary Public is appointed to notarise documents. The process is as follows:
- The Notary Public will submit the notarised document to the SAL for authentication.
- The SAL will check the Notary Certificate to ensure that it is genuine and correct.
- The SAL will prepare an Authentication Certificate.
- The SAL will secure the Authentication Certificate, the Notary Certificate (with the notarised document) with a green ribbon and Authentication Seal.
We will arrange for your document to be authenticated by the SAL.
